PaidUp: Monthly Bill Checklist stores the bills you enter and lets you check payments off each month. Use it for recurring rent, insurance or subscriptions and for one-off bills. It supports English and Korean without a separate app account.
The app does not import bank transactions, send payments or cancel subscriptions. Confirm a payment with your provider, then record its completion in the checklist.
Add and save your first bill
- Use the first-screen add button or + to open Add Bill.
- Enter a category, name, amount and Due Day. Enter a positive whole number without separators. The app does not convert currencies or combine different currencies into a meaningful total.
- Choose a recurrence and, when required, its anchor month. Enable Variable Amount for a changing bill and enter its estimated amount. The memo is optional.
- Tap Save and check the home list. Closing the editor without saving does not create the bill.
Cycles are none, monthly, every two months, quarterly, every six months and yearly. A non-recurring bill appears once in the current month when added. Cycles longer than monthly use an anchor month: quarterly with January as the anchor occurs in January, April, July and October. The anchor is a month-of-year rule rather than a first-payment year; matching earlier months also belong to that cycle.
A recurring bill outside its cycle this month appears under upcoming bills and is excluded from the current payment totals. Check its cycle and anchor if you cannot find it in the current checklist.

Due days and the next month
Choose a due day from 1 through 31. If that day does not exist in the month, the D-day badge uses the month's last day. A day-31 bill uses April 30 or February 28 in 2026 for the badge; its saved due day remains 31. Confirm contractual dates and holiday arrangements with the actual bill provider.
D-day is an on-screen date label. The reviewed app has no payment-reminder settings or automatic-payment feature. Passing the due day does not mark a bill paid.
Recurring entries start unpaid when the app initializes for that month. If you keep the app open across a month boundary and its title still shows the previous month, fully close and reopen it, then check the title. Unopened intervening months are not automatically backfilled. Reopening in December after using it in October does not establish November payment records.
Check fixed or variable payments, and undo a check
Tap a fixed-amount bill to mark it paid. For an unpaid variable bill, tap it, enter this month's actual amount and confirm. The amount sheet starts with the saved estimate, so change it to the actual charge. Cancelling the sheet leaves the bill unpaid.
Tap a paid bill again to make it unpaid. This clears its saved payment time and actual amount for that month. Enter the actual amount again when rechecking a variable bill. The payment date records the moment you checked it; the app does not offer a separate past transfer-date picker.

Progress counts bills rather than money
The paid total uses saved actual amounts first; the unpaid total uses the registered amounts. The progress bar is paid bill count divided by this month's total bill count. This differs from each bill's share of the amount total.
| Bill | Registered amount | Status and amount used |
|---|---|---|
| Rent | 1,200 | Paid, 1,200 |
| Phone | 40 | Unpaid, 40 |
| Electricity | Variable estimate 50 | Paid after entering actual amount 58 |
Paid is 1,258, unpaid is 40, and their combined amount is 1,298. Progress is 2/3, about 67%, rather than the roughly 97% share of money paid. Recording electricity at 58 does not automatically change next month's saved estimate from 50 to 58.

All bills, categories and your own order
In 1.4.0, tap All bills to choose By category. Open the List options menu, choose Edit order, drag the right-hand handles, then tap Done. Changes save automatically; payment toggles are disabled during order editing. Category view reorders within each category.
You can return to Due date order or select your saved My order. View and order preferences are stored separately from monthly payment status and remain available next month. New bills follow previously ordered bills in custom order, so check the end of the list too. Check your installed version if the controls differ. The official App Store update history lists the sorting addition in 1.4.0.
History, edits and deletion choices
Open History with the icon at the top of home. Choose a month card to see its paid and unpaid entries. The chart shows paid amounts for up to the latest 24 recorded months. It does not automatically fill missing months with zeroes or delete older records just because they are outside that chart window.
History is not a fully immutable receipt. A record without a separately saved actual amount uses the bill's current amount, so editing its name or fixed amount can change past displays and totals. Saved actual amounts take precedence. Moving a bill's cycle outside the current month can remove that month's record even if it was paid; moving it back can create a new unpaid entry.
Deleting through the home bill menu offers Delete bill only, which retains its payment records, and Delete with history, which removes the bill's records across all months. Delete in the bill editor also deletes its history. To undo only this month's payment check, toggle the check rather than delete the bill.
Retained records for a deleted bill use the name and amount saved when the record was created. Those may differ from later edits; older records without snapshots can show “Deleted item” or zero. Clearing the memo field and saving can retain the old memo, so reopen the editor to confirm.

Device storage, ads and support
Bills, monthly payment records, memos and list preferences are stored on your device. The reviewed app has no app-provided cloud sync, backup/restore or CSV/PDF export. Do not assume automatic recovery after reinstalling or changing phones; operating-system backup depends on separate settings.
The app includes banner and interstitial ads, including possible ads after saving bill edits. Local payment-record storage and advertising SDK data handling are separate. Read the privacy policy and store disclosures together.
Install through this page's official download area. For an unexpected month title, total or deletion result, contact support with your app version, operating system and reproduction steps. A substituted example can explain the issue without including actual account or card identifiers.
